Analyzing Personality Based on Nine Core Traits

MPA – the professional personality test with a scientific basis

MPA is a personality test developed by psychologists that assesses and describes typical professional behavior based on nine fundamental traits – including, for example, achievement orientation, emotional control, and abstract reasoning skills. These traits are assigned to three main areas:

  • Internal motivations (ego behavior)
  • Social behavior (we-behavior)
  • Working style (factual behavior)

In addition to the nine main characteristics, the MPA captures a number of derived characteristics based on combinations of the main characteristics. These describe aspects such as autonomy, initiative, efficiency , and motivation .

The test results are presented in clearly structured reports tailored to different requirements – for example, as an interview guide or a report for third parties (management report) .
